My name is Gloria Hass. The last three years of my life:
The first of the three years, I was a caregiver for my dying mother.
The last two years, it took 1 1/2 years to regain my health and move back to where I truly like living in southern Arizona. This past year, I started having seizures only to find out they are non-epileptic in nature. I am having dissociation seizures and found I have 40 alternate personalities. So far, I have integrated 16 of the alternate personalities and have 24 more to go. I became a bestselling author on Amazon with my book Navigating Life with Multiple Personality Disorder. I also have a podcast Heart of Hope. My shows are informative about different mental illnesses and disorders.
I am currently working on a professional speaking career.

Brandon T. Adams is the co-host and one of the executive producers of Ambitious Adventures, a reality television program focused on the compelling stories of young entrepreneurs. In addition to his television work, Brandon is an entrepreneur through and through, owning a stake in a number of businesses including the Young Entrepreneur Convention, Keys to the Crowd, Arctic Stick and an ice distributorship that serves three states.

Brandon’s fascination with entrepreneurialism has been present since birth and was stoked with his invention of Arctic Stick during his college years. Pushing that product through concept, design, manufacturing and funding clearly illustrated to him a need for a voice to aid young entrepreneurs in fulfilling their dreams. That path has led him to where he is today.

As founder and host of the University of Young Entrepreneurs podcast, a twice weekly program that shines the light on successful entrepreneurs, Brandon regularly delivers his unique brand of passionate motivation in his quest to impact 1 billion lives by the time he reaches 40 years old. His work on the University of Young Entrepreneurs podcast inspired him to join with a group of other young, motivated professionals to form the Young Entrepreneur Convention. In its first year, the event drew nearly 500 attendees and featured speakers including Kevin Harrington of TV’s “Shark Tank” and Priceline.com founder Jeff Hoffman.

Brandon has also earned the moniker of “King of Crowdfunding” for his work in establishing his business Keys to the Crowd, a firm that consults with clients launching products and services on crowdfunding platforms. Brandon and his Keys to the Crowd team have worked with high profile clients like Harrington, John Lee Dumas and others to gain funding using the emerging method of crowdfunding.

Brandon is a regular on the motivational speaking circuit and in his (very limited!) free time, he is a fitness junkie and loves spending time in his hometown in Northeast Iowa hunting, fishing and boating.

After 20 years as a grocery store manager, I decided to go on my own. I started training people how to use their computers. Then moved into making websites, then making podcasts.
The last three years I have focused on executive producing online video courses. I traveled to Machu Picchu in Peru as well as parts of Central America.

Scott Paton has been podcasting since the spring of 2005. His podcast "Weight Loss and The Mind" hit over 375,000 subscribers in its first year and over one million downloads. He has executive produced and/or co-hosted over 35 podcasts. An internationally renowned speaker, Scott has presented to audiences from London, England to Sydney, Australia, from Vancouver, BC to New York, NY, from LA to Rwanda. Thousands of entrepreneurs and NGO's have changed their public engagement strategies based on Scott's sharing. We hope you will, too!

Scott has over 32,000 students from 162 countries taking his courses.

Scott joined Udemy in 2013. In late 2014, one of his clients inspired him to make a video course on Podcasting. He revisited Udemy and got very excited at the potential. After his course went live, Scott told his clients and many decided to make courses but needed help, so he has become a co-instructor with them, while continuing to support and build his own courses. His co-topics all include areas of life-long learning by Scott, including Stock Option Trading, Alternative Health, EFT, and Relationships.

Jordan Goodman has spent the past 37 years focused on one mission: to help Americans do better with their money. In a career spanning newspapers, magazines, books, radio, television, live events, teleseminars, and the Internet (www.moneyanswers.com), he has helped millions of people to solve their financial problems and realize their financial dreams.

An honors graduate of Amherst College, Jordan had just received his masters degree from the Columbia University School of Journalism in 1977 when he launched an award-winning, consumer-oriented newspaper insert, INFO, which reached 4 million readers every week. That early foray into consumer journalism soon led to an 18-year stint at MONEY, the foremost personal-finance magazine in the U.S., where Jordan reported and wrote on every aspect of personal finance. During his tenure at MONEY, he also became a regular presence on radio and television programs around the country. When Jane Pauley and Bryant Gumbel of the "Today Show" wanted to refute some of the more dubious strategies of financial guru Charles Givens in 1986, it was Jordan they asked to face down Givens. When Ted Koppel needed a financial expert to explain to "Nightline" viewers the implications of the stock-market crash of October 19, 1987, it was Jordan to whom he turned.

While at MONEY, Jordan also began to write the first of his 14 highly acclaimed books on personal finance. The Barron's Dictionary of Finance and Investment Terms (1984), which Jordan co-authored with John Downes, has been translated into Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese, and Chinese, and has sold over 3 million copies worldwide. Now in its ninth edition, it is considered a classic in its field and a staple on the syllabi of college personal-finance and business courses, MBA classes, and securities training seminars.

In the 30 years since the dictionary was first released, Jordan has also written:
Barron's Finance and Investment Handbook (1986, co-authored with Downes) that provides a comprehensive analysis of every form of investment, plus a multitude of important investment resources. (The ninth edition comes out in 2014.)
Everyone's Money Book (Dearborn, 1993, 1998 and 2001) a 970-page comprehensive financial reference that included over 6,000 resources and sold over 250,000 copies.
The Everyone's Money Book Series (Dearborn, 2003)
(including six separate volumes on Credit; Stocks, Bonds, and Mutual Funds; Real
Estate; College Financing; Retirement Planning; and Financial Planning)
Reading Between the Lies: How to Avoid Becoming a Victim of Wall Street's Next Scandal (Dearborn, 2004) aimed to educate consumers shaken by Enron-era debacles.

Sunshine Coast entrepreneur Jo Rosengreen is on a mission to change the way we look at educating children.

Through her new business School Stuff Sorted, her work in the Protecting Childhood Advocacy Group and her training as a presenter with The Point TV, Jo is sending a message that our children would be better served if we looked at the whole child rather than the intense focus placed on getting good marks.

“Nurturing a child’s true nature, encouraging creativity and teaching emotional intelligence will lead to a more well-rounded adult. One who is likely to head down a career path that not only matches their personality but also lights them up inside,” Jo said.

“Too often, especially now with the move away from play-based learning, children are being taught in a one-size-fits-all approach.

“We are not all the same. As the mother of three kids, I know each of them is unique.”

Over the past few years, Jo has been on a journey to better understand
her kids and build a strong connection.

“I have devoured books, videos, seminars and TED Talks specific to the mindset of children and how patterns setup in the early years carry through to adult lives,” she said.

Armed with this new knowledge, she began looking at her own choices in life.

“I never considered myself to be a creative person, in fact as a bookkeeper, I didn’t think I had a creative bone in my body,” she said.

“Yet, as I began exploring business options, I found a hidden vein of creativity. Tapping into my ability to be extremely organised and my passion to nurture creativity, I developed School Stuff Sorted – a system to store a child’s reports, awards, artwork and memorabilia.

These precious memories are often discarded. After the initial celebration and obligatory display on the fridge, those magnificent artworks – symbols of our child’s development – are shoved in a box and rarely seen again. When our child asks what happened to a drawing or painting we’re caught out, showing how little we value this creativity by throwing it out.

“My learnings made me realise the importance of allowing a child to express themselves in a supportive environment. That could be verbally, through the written word, art, dance, sport, the list is almost endless.”

Jo said we celebrate our children’s creativity for such a short while and then focus on academic achievements. “There needs to be more of a balance, more of a holistic view of a child’s natural talents and areas of interest.”

“This is my favourite quote from Einstein (well it’s attributed to Einstein but there’s no proof). Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
