Glenn Haussman-

Glenn Haussman is the consummate road warrior, and self-proclaimed hotel industry know-it-all. Go ahead, just ask him. Glenn’s also the host of the No Vacancy hotel industry focused podcast, custom content creator, and sought-after event speaker and host. He even served as an adjunct professor at NYU, something he still cannot believe actually happened.

Constantly on the road for work, he mixes and mingles with top executives from all over the world, sharing their success secrets and strategies with his audience. Glenn has been quoted as a travel industry expert in publications like The New York Times, USA Today, Washington Post, MSNBC.com, CNN.com and Chicago Tribune.

When home, Glenn loves spending time with his kids taking in experiences and trying new restaurants. However, his kids are totally over waiting for their dad to take pictures of everyone’s food before they’re allowed to eat. Worst part; the photos aren’t even that good.

Though he never climbed halfway up Mt. Fuji like blogger Sam Lowe, he did have his 9th birthday party at a restaurant named Mt. Fuji. He very much enjoyed the hibachi fried rice

Joh Dalton-

I am John Dalton. My work arises at the intersection of consciousness and love.

With influences as diverse as Anish Kapoor, Charles Bukowski and Krishnamurti, new insights are distilled from both internal and external dialogue.

Art, for me, is a crucial means for expressing felt knowledge.

My diverse works – in podcasting, painting, writing, music, photography, film, and installations – gently probe the curtain of existence, pulling it aside in places allowing glimpses into the mystery beyond.

What starts out as inner vision comes to life through diligent process leaving a sense of unknown recognition and the prospect of new understanding.

As subtle forms become focused through deliberate artistic embodiment, the viewer is left with a hymn to the innermost recesses of their being.

Like most people my age I’ve had many lives within the one. I’ve loved deeply, cried hard, lost what was most precious to me and been given the greatest of gifts.
I got the cosmic joke from an early age but for most of my life I’ve been saddened by how few people are laughing.

Ben Peters-

Ben Peters started the Millennial Commute with one principle desire:

To organize and deliver incredibly valuable education & industry information to Millennials so they can make sound career decisions.

In May 2016, Ben relocated from his hospitality career in Silicon Valley, returning to Minnesota to be closer to his family after over five years on the coasts.

While helping his younger brother with college applications, he spent countless hours doing research, reading career books, and reaching out to friends to guide his younger brother to the best decision on a school and major.

While evaluating career options and applying to law school, Ben realized that "mentorship" was a common theme of his career that did not just apply to helping his brother.

In his four years at Cornell University, Ben attained the following mentor positions:

  • Teaching Assistant for the following classes within The Hotel School:
    • Financial Accounting (a core freshman class within the Hotel School)
    • Microeconomics (a core freshman class within the Hotel School)
    • Managerial Accounting (a core sophomore class within the Hotel School)
    • Taxation and Management Decisions (an upper level elective within the Hotel School)
    • Dean's Distinguished Lecture Series (a popular core/elective speaker series).
  • Resident Advisor for the following dorms at Cornell:
    • Akwe:kon (1 year)--a Native American themed dorm featuring a warm community and frequent cultural activities.
    • Townhouse Community (2 years)--a freshman dorm open to all freshmen at Cornell and housing a great proportion of Cornell's freshmen athletes. Ben's proudest achievement in the Townhouses was creating and funding a weekly program called "The Buzz" in which students gathered for coffee, snacks, and a themed discussion.

The Millennial Commute was born out of this transforming educational environment.

Ben has formed the Millennial Commute to share his experience, network, and passion for education, and he is incredibly excited for the opportunity to help young people all around the world achieve their own career dreams starting today!

Outside of the Education industry, Ben enjoys working at his family's summer resort (www.petersresort.com), playing basketball and soccer in his community, and being involved with Rotary International where he is the Social Media Director for his home club and on the Minnesota 5950 District Public Image team. His favorite vacation city is San Diego, CA.
