My name is Carol Zurita. I am an Ecuadorian living in Shenzhen - China for the last four years and a half.

I came to China as an escape from confusions about life, family and myself. Searching for my center was my goal, and I ended up applying for a cultural exchange program for a year. I was supposed to live with a Chinese family for a complete year and look after the child. Even though my expectations were very high, it ended up being hard. Few weeks after having arrived, I quit, and it is when all began.

I saw myself in a different country with little money, not a mobile phone, not a fixed place to stay, not a job and not a word in Chinese.

As a matter of fact, it was a constant roller coaster that brought me to the scariest and dangerous experiences ever. Eventually, I found a job and the man of my dreams. Two years after I decided to quit to any job and became a mentor with the desire to be a life coach.

When I thought nothing could go wrong, one Mother's Day he decided to walk away from home, unexpectedly. I was on my own again like in the beginning. However, this time I had the experience, the wisdom, and the faith as weapons to face this new stage.

One month after the biggest disappointment and with 15 pounds less due to the appetite loss because of the pain I became the best inspirational speaker in town.

It's been a year since I turned to be the morning motivation column in the newspaper on the way to work.

I am proud of myself because I turned from zero to hero.

And I live miracles only because I trust that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I once felt powerless.

I’d just left a 20-year abusive marriage. I stayed so long because I was afraid I couldn’t make enough money to take care of my four children.

I felt lost, worthless and angry.

I knew I had a lot of healing to do in order to live the life I wanted. I hired a reiki practitioner, a psychic, and a Native American shaman. I attended a series of personal development courses. I began to see that I had created everything in my life, the wounds were simple gateways to the lessons my soul was seeking.

Five years later, my life had completely changed. I’d met the love of my life, moved to the beach and started coaches training at The Coaches Training Institute.

Showing women how to build businesses that are both financially successful and fulfill their soul-purpose became my pathway to empowerment.

Women with money have choices.

They have more opportunities.

They have more influence.

Women with financial resources can change the world. Together, we can heal the planet. We can heal our souls.

But honestly, my biggest reason for this work is to make the world a better place for my six tiny grandchildren. So they can have amazing experiences, live a life of meaning and joy and be happy.

To Your Kickass Success,

Julie

As a Millennial herself, Anastasia Button knows all about the stresses of a volatile global economy and uncertain job market. After graduating from college, she barely used her Bachelor’s degree in history and tried out multiple occupations, none of which truly fit her. She worked as a front desk librarian, an archaeology technician, a roofing contractor, and a night manager for a liquor super store. Anastasia felt the pain of working one undesirable job after another, and the disappointment of what the world has to offer when lifestyle is compromised because there is no “career.”

After many years of feeling unhappy and unable to make the right decisions, she was days away from starting graduate school in archaeology overseas, when she thought, “There has to be a better and more authentic way to get what I want.”

Deciding to take her life into her own hands, Anastasia began working at showing others how they can have what they want in life and a career that they won’t want to retire from. She found her true passions not by doing the traditional “find a job that pays,” but a new way — the Millennial way. By focusing on what she wanted in life itself, instead of the job, she fueled a career that is her true passion and supports her dream life. Through her speaking, coaching, and writing, she now helps others find their passion and build their dreams, lifestyle and income.

Today, Anastasia helps Millennials gain freedom, independence, direction, better income, and more excitement from life and career. She personally coaches and speaks to Millennials and like-minded groups who desire change and want freedom, independence and a kick-ass lifestyle.

Anastasia Button’s message is straightforward: “Millennials, focus on what is important — your life! Your career is secondary. Clarify what you truly want and desire in life and then find a way to support your lifestyle that feels good. It’s no secret that our career and lifestyle priorities differ sharply from those of previous generations. We have a natural affinity for change and the technology that promotes it. We are confident, connected, independent thinkers and doers. We will shape the American economy for decades to come — and that economy will be unlike its predecessors in fundamental ways. Let’s tap into our awesome Millennial brains, take charge, and show the world how things should be done; because from one Millennial to another… we are remarkable people.”

I am Bhomik Saini. From last 3 years I've been to the USA for studies. Currently I am a senior in finance at Iowa State University. 3 years has been like a rollar coster ride. When I first came to the states, I went to a small private school in South Carolina, named Coker college. It had 1200 students that time and I was the only Indian. At starting weeks and months, I couldn't make any friends because all the other people did was just making fun of my accent, I questioned my decision to come to the US for so many times. I had scholarship to play tennis for the college which is a division 2 college but on the first day when I met my coach for the first time he said I am not eligible to play for the first and last year as I played international tournaments and earned money. But I didn't lost any hopes, continued practicing, continued talking to the people who didn't made fun of me as much as others did and became the orientation leader in my sophomore year and did great for my group. And in my sophomore year all my best friends transferred from Coker and that was depressing. Although everyone knew me(in good context) I still wasn't happy. So finally decided to transfer my college and came to Iowa State. It took me 4 months to take a decision to transfer or not as Iowa State doesn't have a men's tennis program and that was the only thing that time which I had a passion for. But in the end, took advice from one my professor at Coker/mentor created a list of pros and cons of coming to Iowa State and leaving Coker. The list made it clear and here I am today at Iowa State. So after coming to Iowa State, I realized this is a huge university with 35800 students that time, I was overwhelmed by the size and couldn't talk to anyone, even at the workplace. I didn't got internship that summer so I worked for a painting company and painted houses whole summer. During that time I made bunch of friends, opened up to talking to strangers and started having good conversation. After the summer, in the fall 2015 semester I was just focused on one thing getting an internship for next summer and by October last week I had a job lined up for my summer. Focused on academics then, and during April I went to Young Entrepreneur Convention and met this guy who wanted to start similar business as mine and we had chat and we decided to open up a company. But when I went to India this May and asked him whether he still wants to continue or not, and he replied it is too much of hard work. I was upset but I didn't ruined my mood for too long and came up with a different business idea and met an investor while my trip to India. After coming back to the US, the investor and I had a chat and when he came last month to New York City, he asked me to come and spend sometime with him in order for him to understand me and I understand him. The trip went great soon after my graduation we will set a office in NYC. But meanwhile during summer I already had a debt of $3300 and wanted to complete it by August, so I thought of doing two jobs and worked for 13 hours a day, and did that for 2 months and completed my debt and came to my potential. So this fall 2016 semester, I am taking 18 credits, 20 hours of work, working on 2 businesses, writing a draft of my book, enrolled in one entrepreneur accelerator program and enrolled in social media marketing program. And I don't complain. That's I want to tell out people, stop wasting time in complaining and do something productive everyday.

I am a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Hatha Yoga instructor.

For the past three years I have been growing my business and recently turned it into an online coaching business. I have been writing for local publications and doing local TV and radio shows, and just recently started and internet radio and TV show and my first book is with my publisher!

I love to help people get back into good health through proper nutrition and moderate exercise. In the past few years my health coaching has moved more toward women who are aging and experiencing hormone changes and symptoms, and helping them find natural remedies to deal with their symptoms rather than get on synthetic hormone replacement therapy. It worked for me, so I am teaching what I know and what I live in my own journey.

Ayesha Hilton has had an interesting personal and professional life. She was raised a Buddhist and lived in northern India for a couple of years as a child. After university, she lived in Thailand for two years working first with Thai sex workers and then with Burmese refugees. During her career, she has also worked in community development, communications, IT, and coaching.
For the past decade she has worked for herself while raising her two children. She lives in a regional town in Victoria, Australia. Her husband, Nick Shady, is a third generation farmer. This year, Ayesha and Nick published a book called Who Gets the Farm? They wrote this book after witnessing the struggles many farming families experience through poor succession planning. Their book has led to public discussions on succession planning in traditional media and on social media.
Never one to sit still, Ayesha then created and published colouring books and journals. She is working on her next book which is for those who have lost a loved one to suicide. She has also been a contributing author to multiple Amazon best-selling anthologies.
Ayesha is currently leading a team of coaches around the world as part of a new project that is working with military veterans with PTSD. The coaching intervention uses neurokinesis, which involves rewiring the brain, and it reliably reduces the symptoms of PTSD.
