Sid Bharath-

Grab a cup of coffee, and sit by the fire, for I have a story to tell you.

This story is going to sound familiar, so I’ll skim through it. I used to work a well-paid, corporate job as a management consultant. I realized it wasn’t what I wanted to do, despite making some amazing friends at the company. So I quit and left Canada to explore the world and figure the whole life thing out.

Pretty standard so far, right? At this point, you probably expect that I went to Thailand and then wrote a blog about starting a lifestyle business with pictures of myself living on some beach. Well, that’s not quite what happened. Oh, there are beaches involved, but not until much later.

My first stop was Chile. Their government had started a program called Startup Chile, where they invited entrepreneurs to move there to start a business with $40,000 in funding. My idea was picked amongst thousands of others.

I partnered with select tour operators across Chile and launched a site that listed their tours. I marketed the site to travelers, allowed them to book tours on the site, and then took a cut off the top while letting the tour operators handle the execution.

Unfortunately, the margins were quite low. So, to augment my income, I started freelancing as a marketer. Fast forward to today, and I've worked with dozens of startups and SAAS companies. Most recently, I helped grow Thinkific from zero to a multi-million dollar company and the most popular online course platform in less than two years.

I live and breathe SAAS marketing. My in-depth industry expertise and experience across companies means I can help you identify the fastest way to grow and implement the right strategies.

If you run a SAAS and want to rapidly scale up, contact me here - sidbharath.com

Patricia Tagle-

Patricia Tagle has an international and cross-cultural background, having been raised and educated in both the US and Asia. After receiving her B.S. in Commerce and an M.B.A., both concentrated in Marketing, she settled in New York, where she and her brother set up a women’s clothing design and manufacturing business.

This endeavor generated business relationships with prestigious retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Barney’s New York, Henri Bendel, and other high-end retail boutiques all over the country.  They also produced a designer line that saw two runway showings at the New York Fashion Week. Despite their success in the industry, they envisioned the possibilities of the up-and-coming digital world and switched careers to this new and exciting field.

In digital advertising, Patricia established herself as a high-level efficiency and organization expert and her quick rise in the industry began.  In a few short years, she moved from digital producer to executive producer to director of project management.

At various agencies, Patricia has led many teams and was often asked to troubleshoot issues that cropped up in groups managed by her peers.

When asked the question, "what in your career are you most proud of?" she can point to a number of former direct reports that have moved on and have become not only senior managers but accomplished leaders in their own right.

She says that it is the hallmark of her career. "It is great that I have changed chaos into well-oiled machines, but it is even greater that I've influenced others enough to find their own mission."

While working at the director level in project management, Patricia completed certifications in coaching as well as receiving Magna cum Laude honors when graduating with her second bachelor's degree in Psychology.

A genuine, caring, and "can do" kind of person, Patricia has watched and learned from the best and achieved the goals she has set for herself. She knows she can help others with the same.  She says, "Let's work together to clarify what needs to shift in your world in order to achieve the change you desire."

Pamela Montgomery-

We are Pamela Montgomery and Dexter Montgomery, authors, online marketing strategists, and speakers.  We are a married couple and business partners. We were a typical two-income couple living in the suburbs outside of Washington, D.C. Pamela had over 30 years experience as an attorney and senior-level manager. During her career she served six years on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. Dexter has over 30 years experience in business and finance.

We were each working 65-70 hours a week in office jobs and wanted to find a way out of the rat race.  Owning an online business helping other entrepreneurs and investing in real estate allowed  Pamela to retire from her job. Now we are just that much closer to fully living the life of our dreams.  Pamela is now able to work from home or anywhere in the world. We have more time for travel and to work with the non-profit organizations that we support.  Dexter serves on the board of a foundation dedicated to housing those with disabilities in Woodbridge, VA. Pamela serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of an all-girls public charter school in Washington, D.C.

We both have extensive experience in marketing for large organizations. Pamela was the chief spokesperson for a federal agency and responsible for all of its educational programming. She traveled across the nation representing the agency as a speaker at numerous meetings, seminars, and conferences. In addition to her subject matter expertise, she also was the event planner and manager of several annual national training seminars that attracted more than 1000 attendees.

Now we have the opportunity to focus on helping new entrepreneurs achieve uncommon results in their business and in their life. We work to help new entrepreneurs avoid the massive mistakes that keep them struggling. Through our weekly teleseminar seminar series, My Biz Dream Team: Opportunity Wednesday Training Series we discuss topics relevant to the new entrepreneur as you build and grow your business.

We would love to talk to you about the issues that you face as a new entrepreneur. You can use the information below to contact us.

My Mission:

Democratize successful digital marketing for non-digital native Rainmakers.

The Seed That Grew Into Jason Hobbs, LLC

The inspiration for my business came from my Grandparents, Grandma and Gramps. During my time caring for them, there were many conversations – especially with Gramps. These talks covered a wide array of topics, yet they all seemed to come back to his decades as an entrepreneur and small business owner in the South Georgia community and the lessons he learned while running his small business.

These talks were the seed that is blossoming into my small business. I’m using a different medium for delivery of the service but the same principles and ethics that served Gramps so successfully for so many decades form the foundation of Jason Hobbs, LLC.

Jason with Grandma and Gramps (Ken & Hazel Hobbs)

Early in 2005, my Grandfather Kenneth L Hobbs asked me to “be around” for him and my Grandmother Hazel Hobbs so they could stay at their home of more than fifty years in Fitzgerald, Georgia. This was the community they raised their child in and where my grandfather, whom I affectionately knew as Gramps all my life, had operated his sign shop for nearly five decades.

Gramps

Five months prior to making his request, Gramps had been diagnosed with lung cancer and given no more than 6 months to live. In the end, he lived more than two years longer than the doctors ever expected and never underwent treatment of any kind.

Forever Thankful

He was cared for by my Grandmother for the better part of six decades and by the lovely ladies from the Blue and Gray Hospice in Fitzgerald over the last two and a half years of his life. They were supported by my Grandma’s sister and brother in law (Bill and Gaynelle Dixon), her nephew (Ron Ellington), my Mom (Regina Hutto) and the majority of her sisters (Sue Harper, Janet Hutto, Cynthia Hutto, and Theresa Alexander) and me (Jason Hobbs).

During the twenty months caring for my Grandparents, there were many conversations between the three of us, me and Gramps in particular, and the talks covered any number of topics including his decades as an entrepreneur and small business owner in the South Georgia community and the lessons he learned.

My Grandparent’s Legacy, My LLC

One thing led to another and on May 8, 2010; I graduated with my Marketing Degree from Valdosta State University with Honors.

Jason Hobbs, LLC’s mission, is to enable those in business for themselves with 1 to 10 employees, to cost effectively achieve their goals online. Additionally, my passion is building long-term relationships with you, regardless of geography, etc.

My LLC is undercapitalized without any ceiling whatsoever as I am incredibly hungry and quite talented.
